Graduate Ecologist

MKA Ecology is a well-established and thriving ecological consultancy with bases in Cambridge, Oxford and London. We have a stable and growing client base, an excellent range of projects and offer expertise across all specialisms in ecology.

We believe that our ecologists should be multi-disciplinary and we provide extensive training to support you in achieving that aim, as well as expertise on hand to help you develop through outstanding formal/informal training opportunities.

Essential requirements for all levels:

  • A degree and/or post graduate qualification in ecology or closely related subject;
  • Developing field skills;
  • Good knowledge of all key environmental legislation and policy;
  • Ability to produce well-written reports using full range of IT;
  • Full clean driving licence;
  • CIEEM membership at appropriate level; and
  • Willingness to relocate if required.

Salary range:

Graduate Ecologists c. £26,000 – £27,500

Team members based in Greater London will be awarded a weighted salary to reflect the greater cost of living.
