Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
• Helping with lesson activities and ensuring students stay engaged and motivated
• Assisting children with reading, writing, and math tasks
• Encouraging students to ask questions and explore new ideas
• Providing support during classwork and group projects
• Creating a positive and welcoming environment where students feel confident to learn

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher (in any subject)
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly
• Previous experience working with children is desirable, but not essential
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• A desire to work in education and make a difference in young people’s lives
