  • Science-related degree (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a closely related field) – 2:1 or higher preferred
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about supporting secondary school students
  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching) is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to an engaging learning environment

Graduate Science Teaching Assistant – About the role

  • Earn up to £520 per week
  • Support students in KS3 and KS4 Science lessons, helping to develop their understanding of key concepts
  • Assist teachers with practical demonstrations and experiments, bringing science to life for students
  • Provide small group and one-to-one intervention sessions for students who need extra support
