As a member of the team, you will thrive in a collaborative and professional working environment, where your dedication and hard work will be valued and acknowledged.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate with teachers to provide assistance and support during lessons, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Deliver targeted interventions and tailored support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their specific learning requirements are met.Assist in maintaining high standards of pupil behaviour, promoting positive conduct and a respectful classroom atmosphere.Aid students in their academic progress by providing one-on-one or small group tutoring, reinforcing learning concepts, and offering guidance with assignments.Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students, promoting inclusion and ensuring equal access to education.Assist in tracking and assessing student progress, recording observations, and providing feedback to teachers and parents/carers.Help prepare learning materials, set up equipment, and organize resources to support effective teaching and learning.Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other support staff to share information, exchange feedback, and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs).
