- Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm
- Earn up to £540 per week
- Immediate interviews available
- Work within the school’s SEN provision, supporting students with communication, learning, and emotional needs
- Provide targeted support for students with cognitive, behavioural, emotional, social, or sensory challenges
- Plan and deliver interventions to help monitor and support academic and pastoral progress
- Receive training to gain a deeper understanding of the strategies used to support children with SEN
- Liaise with educational psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, and external professionals to contribute to student development
- Make a real impact by helping students reach key academic and personal milestones
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Person Specification
- Must be a graduate with a 2:1 degree or higher
- Previous experience working with young people, either academically or pastorally, is preferred
- A genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
- Desire to learn and develop professionally in a school environment
- Empathetic and compassionate individual with a desire to build strong relationships with students
