Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Key Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject (e.g., Psychology, Education, Sociology, or similar)
- A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to support those with special educational needs
- Patience, empathy, and a calm, positive approach to working with students
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to meet individual needs
- Eagerness to pursue a career in education, particularly in SEN, and a commitment to professional development
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of students
