About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Studies Administrator to join the Education Team in the Department of Oncology.

You will play an important role in supporting a range of administrative duties relating to successful delivery of the MSc courses.

This role involves a varied and complex range of administrative functions including the co-ordination of graduate admissions and induction, organisation of educational events, scheduling teaching programmes and administration of examination processes

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Education the post-holder will work closely with the other members of the department’s core education team including Course Directors and Teaching Fellows.

About you

You will be educated to at least A-Level (or equivalent) with proven administrative experience in a comparable role, and have experience of co-ordinating teaching and learning, training courses, seminars or other similar event organisation.

You will possess well-developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop good working relationships with staff at all levels and to work as part of a team and have highly effective attention to detail in recording and communicating information.

This post is full time and is offered on a permanent basis.
