Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Barnet Area
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, PermanentResponsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help with their academic progress.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational materials and resources.
Requirements:
- A minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in a core subject.
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
