The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students across various subjects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate considering a career in education or someone looking to gain valuable experience before pursuing further qualifications.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Support the planning and execution of extracurricular activities.
  • Assist in the assessment and tracking of student progress.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Supervise students during break times and school trips.
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree in any subject.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
