You will be situated in the College of Creative Arts, Technology and Engineering. The purpose of the role is to support teaching and learning through the delivery of modules in conjunction with the Course Leader. Typical duties include tutorial class teaching; personal tutorial support; provision of feedback to students; course work assessment and examination marking.As a Graduate Teaching Associate, you will work toward a fee waived PhD within the college in an area of your choosing. After successful completion of the PhD, you will automatically be promoted to Lecturer in the college.For this role, you will be expected to be involved in teaching on various modules across our different undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. As well as having expertise in Computer Science, you will also have some competence in one or more of the following subject areas:

  • Artificial intelligence and Robotics
  • Programming and Software Engineering
  • Computer Systems, Networks and Cyber Security
  • Web, Mobile and Digital Technologies
