You’ll be part of a high-achieving team and play a key role in inspiring students, while being fully supported in your development.The role runs until July 2025, after which successful candidates can fast-track into teacher training with the school’s dedicated provider, putting you on the path to becoming a fully qualified teacher.What You’ll Do: Graduate Unqualified Teacher

• Teach lessons in your specialist subject, with guidance from experienced teachers.
• Plan, mark, and assess students’ work, contributing to their academic success.
• Engage students, creating a stimulating and inspiring learning environment.
• Work alongside department heads and mentors to gain valuable insight into the profession.
• Develop key skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and teaching strategies.

Who We’re Looking For: Graduate Unqualified Teacher

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a core subject from a reputable university.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a strong desire to pursue a career in education.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a classroom.
• A commitment to helping students thrive and succeed.
• Prior experience with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, or coaching) is a plus but not essential.
