Grants & Partnerships Manager

Wild fish and their waters need your help. Will you join us in making a difference?

We are seeking a skilled Grants & Partnerships Manager, whose knowledge and experience will secure funding to support WildFish’s vital work. You’ll help provide the resources for wild fish to thrive.

You will also be responsible for overseeing compliance and reporting outcomes. You will be a crucial link between WildFish’s funding needs and grant-giving organisations and corporate partners.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to, grant-giving research and relationship development, helping source and develop corporate partnerships, application preparation, drafting and oversight, management of grant-giving processes and communication with key stakeholders (internal and external).

  • Researching potential funders
  • Investigating other income streams, including digital fundraising, sponsored events and building more sustainable funding through regular donations
  • Collaborating with our team to coordinate fundraising activities

  • Excellent persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience of working effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and research skills.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • A good understanding of UK aquatic environmental issues.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £35k – 38k (dependent on experience).
  • 25 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Additional leave during the festive season.
  • Flexible and remote working arrangements, with fortnightly travel to Salisbury (SP2).
  • Learning and development opportunities.
  • Pension contributions.
