Green Volunteering Lead

We’ve got a brand new position in our crew for somebody who can lead on growing Inexperienced
Volunteering alternatives and who feels as passionately as we do concerning the wonderful
alternatives to assist our group and pure areas to develop and thrive collectively.

We’ve got a cohort of devoted volunteers who assist many areas of our work. We’d like to
develop and diversify this cohort; a lot of our tasks have fantastic alternatives for volunteer
growth, and our collaboration with different inexperienced teams in Lewes means we will work collectively
to create diversified, 12 months spherical methods for individuals to turn out to be increasingly concerned within the ‘inexperienced
life’ of their neighbourhood. 

Do you will have the talents and expertise to nurture this community? Are you able to assist develop volunteer
roles and coaching programmes, and recruit volunteers from all walks of life? Are you able to assist a
new volunteer to search out their preferrred position? Do you even have the sensitivity to work with our most
weak individuals – understanding the boundaries to participation that folks can face and dealing
with social prescribers to search out alternatives?
