Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As a Group Renewal Coordinator, you will be working in a Sales environment and be responsible for coordinating the Group Benefit Solutions renewal packages. You will be providing superior sales support to Advisors and Sales Representatives while collaborating with Underwriting and internal business partners to provide timely and accurate processing and delivery of renewals. Sharing and contributing to Sales Consultant and Group Benefits Specialist’s sales plans and retention strategy by handling each renewal with high accuracy and priority.What will you do?Prepare renewals to ensure all information is accurately reflected in the Renewal Package; maintain strong attention to detail to guarantee renewal letters are accurate and professional, ensure rate discounting is within limits and reflected on Notice of Rate Action (NORA) form and each rate negotiation is sent to billing via the NORA.Establish relationships and collaborate with Sales Consultants and our Advisors who bring us BusinessTake Responsibility for the Block of business you are assigned, organize renewal lists and maintain contact records in Sales Force and other resources when needed.Take responsibility for the Renewal Discount process by utilizing the Group Rating and Proposal Engine (GRAPE) and Excel Discounting ToolTaking ownership and accountability in resolving inquiries and issues and look to help achieve retention targets.Generate reports when needed to add to Renewal Package. Including Calculating NEM (Non Evidence Maximum) and generating NEM report when pertinent.Attend team and company meetings along with completing RBC learn courses assigned.Respond to all emails at least within a 24 hour period.
