We’re growing fast and need a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help us skyrocket to new heights.Your Role:We’re seeking a results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager who excels in data analysis and strategic execution. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our user acquisition and engagement strategies, focused on achieving measurable growth and maximizing ROI.Key Responsibilities:

  • User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new users via SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize conversion rates across our marketing funnel through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Retention and Engagement: Implement strategies to retain users and increase engagement through email marketing, push notifications, and personalized campaigns.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage performance marketing campaigns to drive high ROI and cost-effective customer acquisition.
  • Experimentation: Run experiments and tests to discover new growth opportunities and optimize existing channels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and customer success teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
  • Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are preferred.
