GTM Manager (f-m-d)

The Scope
We are seeking you to take on the newly created role of GTM Manager where you share our vision of a sustainable future and show the drive to make a real impact.
As a key member of our growing global marketing team, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering the go-to-market planning for FSC’s new standards, services and technology solutions.

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work closely with various teams to coordinate launches, shape our value proposition, and drive growth. They will also be expected to contribute to initiatives to drive efficiency and synergies across FSC’s global, regional and country teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in launching new products/ go-to-market projects, preferably in the sustainability solutions sector. Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for the roll-out of new standards, services and technology productssuch as FSC Aligned for EUDR.
  • Contribute to the development of product visions and roadmaps, ensuring that the development process takes market relevance and financial viability into account.
  • Support product concept,development and scaling, by helping to define and prioritize requirements aligned with market expectations and FSC’s diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Conceptualize and define sales and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment across teams and effective implementation.
  • Initiate market research to identify gaps and opportunities in our offerings and use the findings to optimize our solutions and go-to-market approach.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct market and competitive analyses to inform the development of growth strategies and initiatives.
  • Devise strategies and campaigns to increase uptake for existing and new FSC solutions.
  • Work with various teams in FSC International andcountry/regional teams to identify and activate growth-driving initiatives.
Your profile
Education:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, strategic management, business, or related field.

 Work Experience:  

  • A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in marketing with focus on business audiences and/or within the NGO/ESG sector.
  • Start-up experience and/or successful management of a product launch from start to finish are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product development projects and/or product marketing initiatives.

 
Work style and skills: 

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Natural and highly effective collaborator with ability to drive results through teamwork.
  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions and maintain positive interpersonal relations.
  • Experience in managing multi-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Has a deep commitment to responsible forestry and/or environmental sustainability in alignment with FSC’s mission.

 Languages:  

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in another language a plus.

Digital Skills:  

  • Familiarity with CRM and/or marketing automation tools preferred.

The Fine Print
  • Location: Bonn, Germany (with a hybrid work schedule)
  • Working Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week.
  • Duration of contract: Initial 2 year contract with the intend to go open-ended.
  • Travel: sporadic travel.
