  • Greet guests warmly and assist with general inquiries, directions,
    and information about the waterpark’s amenities and attractions.
  • Provide information about daily schedules, safety guidelines, and
    special events.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with patience and
    professionalism, striving for quick and effective resolutions.
  • Process guest tickets, season passes, and group reservations at the
    entrance.
  • Ensure guests have all necessary wristbands or passes for park entry
    and access to various attractions.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately
    and efficiently.
  • You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive, enjoyable
    experience for all visitors.
  • Your primary responsibility is to assist guests with inquiries,
    provide outstanding customer service, and handle any issues or
    concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for many visitors, setting the
    tone for their experience at the waterpark.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding
    ticket sales, park hours, special events, and group bookings.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns
    and offering helpful information.
