Job Title: Hairdressing and Barbering LecturerDepartment: Creative IndustriesReports to: Head of SchoolContract: PermanentSalary: Unqualified Lecturer – £31,130 – £32,482 per annum / Qualified Lecturer – £34,690 – £44,409 per annum (Depending on experience)Location: East Ham CampusThe successful candidate will be required to contribute and take an active role in the delivery of successful learning experiences of our students and provide the full range of professional services associated with teaching programmes of Hairdressing and Barbering. You will also be required to deliver the curriculum effectively through a variety of different learning strategies, communicating effectively with students and staff as appropriate and provide students and staff with curriculum support.You should be an honours graduate or have relevant final professional qualification or experience of teaching or training or assessment within the specialisms required. Candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.You should also have effective communication skills and the ability to respond imaginatively to the challenges of an innovative curriculum and to develop approaches to teaching which gain the interest of students.If you would like to utilise your specialist and leadership skills, through a fresh learning approach we would love to hear from you.IN RETURN WE OFFER:
