OverviewJoin Our Merchandising Team at Match Retail!Match Retail is seeking motivated individuals to expand our dynamic Merchandising Team. We support major retailers and brands by facilitating innovative product launches and ensuring store sections are updated and ready for new products.Currently, we are partnering with RONA to assist with the commercial redevelopment of their stores. As a merchandiser for this project, you will visit various RONA locations to help complete store renovations.Job Highlights:

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for 4 weeks.
• Opportunities for additional projects throughout the year, with potential for continuous work and earnings if willing to travel. We cover mileage!
• Independent Contractor status.
• Competitive hourly wage:

• Team Leaders: $19/hour ($17 + $2 for TL) PLUS potential bonus of $2/hour for each store successfully completed. Total: $21/hour.
• Merchandisers: $17/hr PLUS $2/hr potential bonuses on successfully completing each Store location. Total $19/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, set up, and maintain store fixtures, displays, and shelves following Plan-O-Grams and Team Leaders’ directives.
• Move and organize racks within the store.
• Ensure all merchandise is presentable and aisles are accessible for customers.
• Maintain professional relationships with store employees and management.
• Submit time sheets and store reports online.
• Communicate pertinent information to the Team Leader.
• Travel to assigned retail locations within a designated region.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in home improvement stores, warehouses, manufacturing, or logistics environments is an asset.
• Proficient with power tools.
• Flexible, reliable, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Capable of lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds as required.
• Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet.
• Value teamwork and respect all team members’ contributions.
• Mandatory safety shoes (steel toe).
