The Role:
- Full-time KS5 History Specialist with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within the department.
- Lead the development and implementation of the A-Level History curriculum.
- Mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the History department.
- Deliver outstanding A-Level History lessons, fostering a passion for the subject among students.

The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced and highly motivated History specialist with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of A-Level History curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to departmental leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in History or a related field.
- Significant experience teaching A-Level History and a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong understanding of departmental management.
- Right to work in the UK.
