Our client is a respected hedge fund based in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee quarterly NAV processes, financial statements, and annual audits.

• Review fund administrator work, calculate allocations, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance.

• Manage cash flow, including projections, capital calls, and distributions.

• Communicate with investors, manage inquiries, and coordinate tax reporting.

• Conduct portfolio analysis, calculate fees, IRR, and resolve trade discrepancies.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or related field

• 10+ years experience of fund accounting experience in a hedge fund

• CPA preferred

• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities

• Ethical team player, proactive, and self-motivated

• Strategic problem-solver
