To meet expectations, they have an exciting remote opportunity for a Head of AI/ML.Head of AI /ML responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML algorithms for perception, decision-making, control, and autonomous systems within robot projects.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps for AI/ML development, ensuring alignment with industry trends and company objectives.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support AI/ML workflows, from data collection to model training and deployment.
• Oversee the integration of AI/ML capabilities into platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of AI/ML systems in real-world applications, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the AI/ML team, encouraging learning and the adoption of new technologies.
• Lead recruitment and development of AI/ML talent, creating a high-performing, collaborative team.
• Represent the company in AI/ML industry events and forums, driving thought leadership and showcasing innovations.

Head of AI /ML requirements:

• Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, with experience in developing and deploying solutions in areas like robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, and world model architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing AI/ML teams and delivering successful AI/ML projects.
• Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and AI/ML infrastructure for scalable, real-world applications.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities, able to foresee challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Commitment to staying current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and continuously improving skills.
• Experience working with academic and industry collaborators to foster innovation and drive research initiatives.
