The Transformation Portfolio consists of several significant multi-million pound transformation initiatives supported by a set of highly interdependent programmes, projects, workstreams, teams and Boards.Excellence in communications is critical to the success of our University-wide transformation activity.About the roleTo support our University-wide transformation activity we are looking for an experienced communications professional with excellent communication skills and expertise in change communications. You will be responsible for developing and providing oversight of a unified and integrated communications strategy, be willing to get stuck into the day-to-day creation and delivery of messaging and materials and be able to herd cats!The Head of Communications will be a dedicated business partner to the Transformation Office and an integral member of the Communications & External Affairs Directorate. You will work closely with colleagues in the central communications team, Transformation Office and across the University to drive greater awareness and engagement of the transformation programmes and initiatives and support implementing and embedding the changes.
