Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our people strategy and leadership of the Human Resources function. You will lead the HR Services Team in providing a high-quality operational service. You will be responsible for recruitment, have a key role in employee relations and develop our reward agenda.
This is a critically important role, and we are seeking an exceptional HR practitioner with the ambition, enthusiasm, and determination to make a difference. Experienced in HR management and strategy, you will be a trusted advisor to management colleagues.
Skilled in providing a high-quality operational HR service, you will be accustomed to delivering improvements and creating an effective customer ethos. A sound HR generalist, you will have a track record of delivering employee relations, change and innovative solutions.
You will have in-depth knowledge of employment legislation and current developments in HR. Highly numerate with exceptional IT skills, you will have a good understanding of how technology can improve HR. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be able to successfully influence and negotiate in a business environment.
