Applications are invited for the post of Head of Internal Communications in the Marketing and Communications Department.
Royal Holloway is looking to appoint a Head of Internal Communications to lead a dynamic team of professionals who are responsible for the development and delivery of a creative, responsive and tailored internal communications strategy, providing both students and staff opportunities and reasons to celebrate their membership in the Royal Holloway community.
The Head of Internal Communications will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging iComms strategy for a diverse audience of students, academics, and professional services colleagues and will work in an integrated, campaign-led way, to lead, manage and inspire the iComms team to deliver an engaging and successful programme of internal communications, which increases engagement and participation levels.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working in a communications environment and a track record of planning and delivering successful communication strategies and support plans, ideally with a focus on internal engagement, across a variety of audiences and stakeholders. Candidates who have experience developing, delivering and leading change communications programmes are particularly encouraged to apply.
Candidates should have strong communications skills and demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and flexibility.
