Seefar is seeking CVs from excellent candidates for the role of Head of Monitoring and Evaluation with demonstrated experience in conflict-affected developing countries and a strong interest in migration and livelihoods. As the Head of Monitoring and Evaluation, you will lead the design and implementation of research and M&E frameworks for Seefar’s projects in migration, livelihoods, and behaviour change communications. In addition to guiding data-driven decision-making and ensuring project success, you will play a role in shaping and contributing to the development of strategy, new project concepts and innovations. You will enjoy working in a high-performing team from multiple countries; will have exceptional English writing skills in addition to strong technical M&E, research and analysis skills. An ideal candidate would demonstrate exceptional skills and experience in monitoring, evaluation, and research, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in conflict-affected and developing countries. This candidate should have:

The position will start on a full-time, 12-month consulting contract with a fee range of USD 5,500 – 6,500 per month. Success will enable the possibility of a long-term role.
