The Opportunity
The post holder will be responsible for setting the direction of Trócaire’s programme strategy related to Human Rights, Climate Change and Women’s Empowerment, Voice and Influence. The Head of Programmes will build a culture of high performance and accountability across the programme team to ensure quality support and guidance for country programmes in 16 countries delivering results for millions of lives around the world.

You will report to Director of Global Programmes,The job opportunity will be offered on a contract type for duration of three years and is based in Maynooth or Kenya. As part of your role, you will manage a team of 9 professionals.
