You will lead with authority and vision, building and inspiring a high-performing RWE team while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.This role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders, requiring a confident and strategic leader who can advocate for and refine RWE strategies while shaping company-wide approaches to evidence generation. • Set the Strategic Direction – Define and lead the RWE strategy, aligning with portfolio priorities and shaping evidence generation initiatives that drive product value and patient access.
• Establish and lead the RWE a high-performing team, ensuring the development of innovative RWE methodologies and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Deliver High-Quality, Strategic RWE Initiatives – Oversee the execution of RWE projects, ensuring impactful publications, presentations, and regulatory submissions that enhance market position.
• Engage and Influence Healthcare Decision-Makers – Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Regulatory teams to ensure RWE insights drive payer engagement and healthcare system adoption.
• Champion Innovation in RWE and Data Science – Advance capabilities in RWE methodologies, epidemiology, and analytics to shape industry-leading approaches to evidence generation.

Job Requirements:

• Advanced Scientific & Medical Expertise – A PhD (Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Economics, or related field) or a Medical Degree (MD/MBBS/MBChB) is essential
• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical or life science industry, with proven leadership experience leading teams
• Significant experience leading RWE initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry, with deep expertise in epidemiology, health outcomes, and advanced analytics
• Deep Knowledge of the UK & Ireland Healthcare Landscape – Extensive understanding of regulatory bodies, HTA/payor decision-making, and the role of RWE in shaping access and reimbursement
