Job Description:We are offering an exciting opportunity in Toronto, Ontario for a Help Desk Analyst. The role involves providing software support to our staff for effective business operations. You will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting application use.Responsibilities:
- Efficiently troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth business operations.
- Provide support for hardware issues to avoid any business interruptions.
- Guide end-users on the use of various software programs to fulfill business objectives.
- Handle application support tasks, ensuring all staff members can use their software effectively.
- Utilize your knowledge of Active Directory, Application Support, MS Office 365, and Intune as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Monitor staff software usage and provide solutions for common problems.
- Act as a point of contact for software related queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify, analyze and solve software and hardware issues.
- Promote efficient software usage through the creation and implementation of guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Professional Services such as a Law firm.
- Proficiency in using Active Directory is required.
- Experience in Application Support is necessary.
- Candidate should have a strong understanding of MS Office 365.
- Knowledge of Intune is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is necessary.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure are essential.
- The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes would be preferable.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferable.
Expected salary
$50000 – 70000 per year
