Job Description:We are offering an exciting opportunity in Toronto, Ontario for a Help Desk Analyst. The role involves providing software support to our staff for effective business operations. You will be troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting application use.Responsibilities:

• Efficiently troubleshoot software applications to ensure smooth business operations.
• Provide support for hardware issues to avoid any business interruptions.
• Guide end-users on the use of various software programs to fulfill business objectives.
• Handle application support tasks, ensuring all staff members can use their software effectively.
• Utilize your knowledge of Active Directory, Application Support, MS Office 365, and Intune as part of your daily responsibilities.
• Monitor staff software usage and provide solutions for common problems.
• Act as a point of contact for software related queries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to identify, analyze and solve software and hardware issues.
• Promote efficient software usage through the creation and implementation of guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in Professional Services such as a Law firm.

• Proficiency in using Active Directory is required.

• Experience in Application Support is necessary.

• Candidate should have a strong understanding of MS Office 365.

• Knowledge of Intune is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills are required.

• The ability to work in a team-oriented environment is necessary.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure are essential.

• The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes would be preferable.

• Experience in customer service is a plus.

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferable.

Expected salary

$50000 – 70000 per year
