High Needs Tutor Job descriptionSheaf is dedicated to providing high quality educational support for young people with special needs.We are seeking to appoint compassionate, patient and experienced special needs tutors to join our team.2 roles both Permanent:1 Full Time, 37 hours, Grade 61 Part Time, 25 hours, Grade 6The ideal candidates will have a strong background in special education and a passion for helping young people achieve their academic goals.The key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement invidual learning plans.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of young people.
- Track learner progress and provide regular updates.
- Assist young people to enhance their skills in line with Sheaf`s curriculum intent, promoting: Skills for independance, Health and Happiness, Expolring education and employment opportunities, Raise Aspirations and embed Foundations for life.
