Immediate Opening for an Enthusiastic SEMH HLTA near Boston!Straight to Permanent – £22’746paAre you a talented and motivated SEMH HLTA ready to embark on a rewarding journey? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated team starting as soon as possible!Students will be taught in a combination of small groups and 1:1. They will come together for whole-school enrichment where a sense of family and belonging will be nurtured. All students will follow a core curriculum, and this will be supplemented by a range of subjects which will enable students to thrive.We have an experienced group of staff who want the very best for the students and put them at the centre of all that they do. We are creative and will strive to deliver a holistic programme of learning to provide students with the opportunity to find and harness their talents. We will access a range of community amenities and organisations to support this journey.Position: HLTALocation: Outskirts of Boston, UKSEND: Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)Contract: Straight to Perm.Notice: Is considered for the right candidate, ideally an ASAP start, but next-term start understood.Key Responsibilities:

• Cover engaging and comprehensive lessons to a diverse group of students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment promoting academic growth and personal development.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, encouraging a love for literature and language.

Qualifications:

• Ability to create a stimulating and interactive classroom atmosphere.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Experience in a class setting as a TA or HLTA
• Strong behaviour management skills, experience with SEMH and behavioural settings
