Location: Scrubditch Care Farm, Gloucestershire
Contract: One year Fixed Term Contract with the hope of extending. (Freelance or self-employed considered)
Reporting to: Farm Manager / CEO
We are seeking a Horticulture & Wellbeing Lead to plan, deliver and monitor horticultural and environmental activity across our care farm. This is a hands-on role combining habitat management, therapeutic engagement with disabled adults and hosting volunteer/corporate groups.
From July 2026, you will deliver three sessions per week for beneficiaries, while leading the development of a thriving, sustainable and inclusive farm environment that supports both people and nature.
A reliable, proactive individual who can take ownership of this role long-term, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver meaningful outcomes for both people and the environment.
