  • Maintain our high standards of service, production, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Assist to organise, deliver, execute, and follow up on service, liaising with clients to meet specifications.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, hygiene, and fire safety.
  • Ensure that front of house staff are clear as to their long and short term duties through schedules and team meetings
  • Ensure that all policies and procedural requirements of both legislation and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
