Job Description:Grade UE04: £24,533- £27,181 per annumCSG/Human Resources/HR OperationsFull-time: 35 hours per weekOpen-ended: permanentWe are looking for a customer-focused HR Assistant, you will contribute to the ongoing transformation of HR within the University and develop your generalist HR skills. As an HR Assistant you will administer HR lifecycle processes; administer all payments and claims for Casual Workers; provide Right to Work checks; deal with ad hoc and routine HR queries via workflow Service Requests, input and maintain data ensuring data integrity of HR Systems, and support the co-ordination and administration of Reward Panels.This post combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.The Opportunity:You will work within our HR Operations team which is based in our HR Shared Services team delivering some of our end-to-end HR processes. We are a collaborative community of people who successfully deliver our service. The role is an entry level post within our structure, and overtime you will gain exposure to wider HR activities. We are a supportive team that values regular communication and is working in a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
