Opportunity

The University of Salford’s Human Resources and Organisational Development Team is looking for a HR Change Lead to support the delivery of our HR and Payroll Modernisation programme, a key project to achieve our vision of a colleague experience where all our colleagues can be at their best.

We are looking to transform and grow our capabilities with the replacement of all existing HR and Payroll systems with a single, holistic solution including the introduction of employee and manager self-service. This is a big step change for the University and cannot succeed without effective people-focused engagement and inspiring communications that drives a desire to change and do things differently.

Key activities

  • Lead on the Communication and Engagement campaign for the project in a way that drives and embeds sustainable change
  • Support the development of our communication and engagement capability across the team working through others to enable a successful campaign
  • Develop assets and end-to-end campaigns to drive effective communication and engagement for the programme always considering the link to our wider People Plan activity and University strategy to ensure joined up, two-way communications that inspire colleagues
