Job Description:We are on the hunt for a Spanish speaking HR Generalist to join the corporate HR team of a large scale manufacturer. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of human resources, including staffing activities, performance management, policy development, and employee engagement.Responsibilities:

  • Implementing staffing strategies, handling the talent acquisition process, and offering compensation analysis
  • Facilitating HR-related training sessions and conducting presentations when necessary
  • Overseeing performance management activities, including progressive discipline and performance review cycles
  • Participating in the creation and regular updating of company policies, programs, and the Employee Handbook
  • Providing guidance to leaders and employees on company policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organization
  • Preparing month-end charts and reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Conducting offboarding activities and exit interviews with departing employees
  • Administering employee records accurately, including organization charts, training, benefit, and general employee information
  • Building strong partnerships with leaders and employees by offering valuable solutions
  • Leading HR Programs and Projects based on HR priorities, strategic plans, and new legislative requirements
  • Supporting initiatives related to employee engagement and retention

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using ADP – Financial Services for HR functions.
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing Benefit Functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of HR Compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience in managing Employee Relations.
  • Fluency in Spanish Language, with the ability to translate documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Management Systems.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including personnel files management and employee onboarding.

Expected salary

$60000 – 65000 per year
