Description
We are looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team. The individual will play an integral role in implementing HR policies and programs, and be the key point of contact for staff-related issues. As an HR Generalist, responsibilities include shaping and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing HR operations such as recruitment, benefits administration, training, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications:
BA/BSc degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or similar role.
Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
A good understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and performance management processes.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
