Job Title: HR Manager – 2 month contract Location – Niagara area (requires 3 days onsite)Job Overview: The HR Manager is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. They will be responsible for the supervision of a small HR team and work closely with the payroll team. They will be heavily invested in HRIS operations and administration, and act as a bridge between different departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and a strong track record with HRIS systems.Responsibilities: * Administrate group benefit and retirement plans.

• Support and troubleshoot ERP/HRIS operations, ensuring a smooth interface for all staff.
• Responsible for maintaining, auditing, and generating reports from HRIS systems, as well as collaborating with providers to manage data effectively.
• Engage in continuous communication activities, fostering a positive relationship between different departments.

Requirements: * A minimum of 3 years HR-related experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Proven experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent auditing skills and a firm understanding of the interconnectivity of systems.
• Outstanding planning and execution skills.
