HR Manager – EMEAGlobal Software BusinessRemote£75,000 – £85,000A leading global technology company is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support its EMEA region. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture across a globally distributed workforce.This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop an HR function within a fast-growing, remote-first company that thrives on innovation, open-source technology, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale the regional HR team, ensuring precise and compliant HR operations.
- Partner with senior managers on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management and employee relations across multiple countries.
- Design and implement HR policies and initiatives to support a global workforce.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and business alignment.
- Support training and development initiatives to nurture leadership and professional growth.
- Represent the company at events, articulating HR strategies and culture initiatives.
Key experience:
- Proven HR leadership experience within a technology-driven, global organization.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and compliance across the EMEA region.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive informed decisions.
- Hands-on approach, capable of balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience in a remote-first or highly distributed work environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company events.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
- Experience with immigration policies and global mobility processes.
- Strong facilitation and training skills.
- Proven academic excellence including University degree.

£75000 – 85000 per year
