HR Manager – EMEAGlobal Software BusinessRemote£75,000 – £85,000A leading global technology company is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support its EMEA region. As a key member of the HR leadership team, you will oversee HR operations, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture across a globally distributed workforce.This is a unique opportunity to shape and develop an HR function within a fast-growing, remote-first company that thrives on innovation, open-source technology, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale the regional HR team, ensuring precise and compliant HR operations.
  • Partner with senior managers on talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management and employee relations across multiple countries.
  • Design and implement HR policies and initiatives to support a global workforce.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and business alignment.
  • Support training and development initiatives to nurture leadership and professional growth.
  • Represent the company at events, articulating HR strategies and culture initiatives.

Key experience:

  • Proven HR leadership experience within a technology-driven, global organization.
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in HR best practices, employment law, and compliance across the EMEA region.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and drive informed decisions.
  • Hands-on approach, capable of balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
  • Experience in a remote-first or highly distributed work environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for company events.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
  • Experience with immigration policies and global mobility processes.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills.
  • Proven academic excellence including University degree.
