EBF (the European Banking Federation) works on the coronary heart of the European banking sector. Goal of the place

Major consequence areas

  1. Assures a service-minded workers helpdesk operate/first level of contact for HR issues, together with entry to, HR insurance policies, HR data and documentation;
  2. Manages the total HR lifecycle of EBF workers members (recruitment & choice, contracts, on-boarding, efficiency administration, recognition, improvement & coaching, off-boarding);
  3. Manages the EBF HR, payroll and group insurance coverage administration;
  4. Manages an annual agenda of inner communication, coaching, team-building and workers motivation actions;
  5. Into account: Oversees compliance and supply of EBF’s inner prevention actions and required documentation.

Focus actions

  • Initiatives and executes the supply of an integral and forward-focused HR technique and the set-up of the HR lifecycle, together with:
    • Employer branding and recruitment
    • Coaching & improvement
    • Retention & succession
  • Manages the EBF HR & payroll administration (together with HR information) and the related relationships with exterior suppliers, together with however not restricted to social secretariat, group insurance coverage provider and labour legal professionals;
  • Ensures a whole, up-to-date and compliant library of EBF HR insurance policies, procedures and work laws and guarantee workers’ consciousness and compliance;
  • Contributes and coordinates the recruitment and choice course of of latest EBF workers;
  • Ensures the onboarding course of for newcomers and the exit course of for leavers;
  • Helps, coordinates and, if obligatory, enforces the efficiency overview course of;
  • Designs and implements a coherent annual agenda of coaching actions, workers conferences and motivational workers actions.

  • Not less than six years of expertise in an identical human sources function;
  • Fluent in English (written/oral) and in not less than one of many Belgian languages (French /Dutch);
