The HR Officer is responsible for general staff administration, covering files on Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, HR Administration, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and/or Performance Management. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRC’s and the delegation’s policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a focal point for general HR management issues.
- Carries out administrative follow-up on HR-related concerns (e.g. conflict management, training) and staff management policies are applied correctly.
- Ensures compliance with local labor laws and staff regulations. * Monitors performance reviews and institutional trainings
REQUIRED PROFILE
- University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in Learning and Development, and/or Organizational Development
- Must have good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino; Knowledge of Bisaya-Cebuano is an advantage
