As an HR Officer (HR Operations) you will have responsibility for a range of HR activities working across the People and Culture Directorate and with key stakeholders across other services to support the HR Manager (HR Operations) with a diverse range of activities. You will be a key member of our busy, solution focussed HR team, working closely with colleagues in the HR Operations & Management Information teams to operationally support a range of business as usual and service wide HR strategic initiatives.
You will bring a strong commitment to service excellence and continuous service improvement. You will be able to act as champion of good HR practice and be able to coach and challenge as required. As an experienced professional, you will be able to step straight into a busy team by being adaptable and comfortable in responding to competing demands.
