Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for experienced HR Partner to join our global People & Culture Team for a 12- month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced HR professional to work in partnership within our dynamic global organisation to shape, develop and deliver our People strategy and provide high level HR support across all directorates.
Reporting to our Head of HR Partnering, you will seek to drive high performance and the embodiment of our organisational values, across our movement and will have personal responsibility for key People projects and change management initiatives.
People are at the heart of everything we do here at Mary’s Meals and in this fast paced and varied role, you will apply your expert knowledge of HR and your strong influencing and communication skills to coach, mentor, challenge and build managerial capability in, people management, succession planning and HR best practice, across our movement.
Other key responsibilities include:
- To provide insightful and expert HR partnering support to leaders.
- Develop and project manage strategic and value-adding projects and initiatives in line with MMI’s People Strategy and in support of the needs of our global movement. Key projects and initiatives include:
– Change Management
– Succession planning
– Strategic workforce planning
– Bringing our culture to life
– Safeguarding – educating and embedding
– Global reward policies and practices
- To provide proactive and expert advice and guidance to HR Leads in MM’s Programme Affiliates to support the continual development of the HR frameworks in place in Kenya and Zambia.
With significant experience of working as a People Partner, from a global or multi-site organisation, you will bring experience of overseeing operational and strategic HR initiatives with extensive experience of negotiating and influencing cross functionally, to achieve overarching organisational aims.
The ability to build strong working relationships and provide high quality support and coaching to managers to resolve complex people issues is key, as are strong analytical skills and proven experience of developing innovative solutions to drive organisational change.
