The HR Compliance Advisor is responsible to ensure PCL’s policies are up to industry standards and compliant with the application legislation and regulations across North America through research, review and evaluation of PCL policies in alignment with company strategies priorities. Reporting to the Director HR Services – Total Rewards, Compliance & HR Systems, this role requires an individual to lead critical analyses of relevant information to inform strategic advice and options on policies that support the organization’s strategic direction.Do you love research and analysis and want to make a positive impact on stakeholders and the organization?
