Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Lachine, full-time in-office

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting HR activities across Canada. This diverse position encompasses a broad spectrum of HR functions, including crucial support for their unionized production team.
Key Responsibilities:– Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments
– Manage HR administrative duties, maintaining meticulous employee records and documentation
– Champion health and safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a secure work environment
– Support compliance tasks, including data protection and legal requirements
– Facilitate open employee communication channels, promoting engagement and transparency
– Execute various tasks vital to supporting the HR function organization-wideRequirements:– 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in HR administration
– Proficiency in bilingual communication (oral and written) essential for engaging with employees across Canada
– Knowledge of payroll, HR best practices, and health and safety protocols (strong asset)
