Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant – Bramhall
Pay: £419.25 – £500 per week
Contract: Full-time | Immediate Start | Until end of academic year (with potential for a permanent role)

Are you looking to gain school-based experience before embarking on a career in teaching or educational support?Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Bramhall to recruit a dedicated Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates in History, Geography, Religious Studies, Politics, or related disciplines to bring their academic knowledge into the classroom and support students’ learning and development.The Role Involves:Supporting pupils in KS3 and KS4 across the Humanities curriculumAssisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessonsProviding targeted one-to-one and small group support to boost academic progressHelping to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habitsWorking with students of all abilities, including those with additional learning needsSupporting extra-curricular activities and educational enrichmentKey Details:Location: BramhallStart Date: ASAPHours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)Weekly Pay: £419.25 – £500, paid via Teaching PersonnelContract: Until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanentIdeal Candidate:Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for working with young people and supporting educationAdaptable, proactive and enthusiastic about school lifePrevious
