Job Title: Humanities Teacher
Location: Rotherham
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per dayGSL Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join secondary schools in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring educator to help students explore history, geography, and other humanities subjects, fostering critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world.Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Inspire curiosity and independent thought through historical and geographical perspectives.
• Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student achievement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Humanities or a related subject.
• Experience teaching Humanities at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
