Job description

As a Dispatcher / Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role supporting dispatch lead and technicians by ensuring the smooth flow of operations within the service department.Essential Functions:

• Answer phones and manage e-mail requests.
• Create and schedule service requests and planned maintenances.
• Dispatch technicians and manage their schedules.
• Verify work order completion and review with technicians as needed.
• Review & address aging calls.
• Regularly go through websites to make sure calls are not sitting in the Pending /Acceptance Queue.
• Follow up on all scheduled activity for changes in technician routes and update accordingly.
• Maintain customer communication and updates through their website and/ through email.

• High school diploma or general education degree.
• HVAC/R industry knowledge or experience required.

Starting pay range is $53,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year depending on experience level
