Introduction :

Title:                          IC-016/24: National Consultancy to conduct an Assessment and Rollout of Individual Performance Assessment System (IPAS)

Starting Date:       Immediately after Concluding Contract Agreement

 

Supervisor:        UNDP Programme Specialist for Strengthening Democratic Institutions and with technical and coordination support from the Ministry of Public Administration and Political Affairs (MPAPA), Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) and other relevant partners.   

 

Duration:                                         30 working days 

 

Location:                                Sierra Leone (in-country travel)                                                                         

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
